释义	法律分析: 我国没有关于遗产税征收的规定。但有关于继承税收的相关规定。例如一般的继承应当按照百分之三至百分之五缴纳契税，但若该继承为法定继承的，免征契税。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国契税法》》第一条在中华人民共和国境内转移土地、房屋权属，承受的单位和个人为契税的纳税人，应当依照本法规定缴纳契税。
