不带章的电子版合同有效吗？
释义
法律分析：
一、电子合同内容合法，签订电子合同是双方当事人真实意思表示的，则电子合同没有盖章，但有双方当事人签字的，该合同有效；
二、不符合上述情况的，该合同无效。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百四十六条 行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。
以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
