释义	无论是在微信上还是其他的平台，只要是实施了赌博行为之后，并且达到一定的标准之后，就属于犯法行为。打麻将纯粹娱乐是不会受到处罚的，除非参与赌钱，会受到治安管理处罚。《治安管理处罚条例》第七十条：以营利为目的，为赌博提供条件的，或者参与赌博赌资较大的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款;情节严重的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，并处五百元以上三千元以下罚款。派出所所行使的治安处罚权是500元以下罚款，超过500元以上罚款的处罚，包括治安拘留，都必须上报派出所属的县级公安局批准。
