释义	法律分析：有血缘关系的父子断绝父子关系没有法律效力。父子关系不能自行解除,即使双方自愿订立“解除父子关系协议”也是无效的。我国法律没有对声明断绝父母子女关系作出具体的规定,因此,声明断绝父母子女关系没有法律依据,依法不受法律保护。法律依据：《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》第十五条未成年人的父母或者其他监护人应当学习家庭教育知识，接受家庭教育指导，创造良好、和睦、文明的家庭环境。共同生活的其他成年家庭成员应当协助未成年人的父母或者其他监护人抚养、教育和保护未成年人。
