释义	一般自首的认定条件：1、犯罪以后自动投案。自动投案，一般是指犯罪事实或者犯罪嫌疑人未被公安、检察、审判等办案机关发觉，或者虽被发觉，但犯罪嫌疑人尚未受到办案机关的调查谈话、讯问，或者未被宣布采取调查措施或者强制措施、未被群众扭送时，主动将自己置于办案机关的合法控制下，接受审查与裁判的行为。2、如实供述自己的罪行。即犯罪人自动投案后，如实交待自己的主要犯罪事实。
