释义	离婚证不一定要在原结婚登记地领取。离婚证可以在夫妻任意一方的户口所在地婚姻登记机关申请领取。需要注意的时候民法典实施之后，申请离婚登记之后不能马上领取离婚证，需要有三十天的离婚冷静期。法律依据: 《《婚姻登记条例》》第十条内地居民自愿离婚的，男女双方应当共同到一方当事人常住户口所在地的婚姻登记机关办理离婚登记。中国公民同外国人在中国内地自愿离婚的，内地居民同香港居民、澳门居民、台湾居民、华侨在中国内地自愿离婚的，男女双方应当共同到内地居民常住户口所在地的婚姻登记机关办理离婚登记。
