释义	法律分析: 1.嫖娼，是指以金钱、财物为媒介，与他人发生不正当性关系的行为。即非法的性交易，建立于金钱交易上的性关系。 2.卖淫嫖娼在我国受到法律的禁止，属于违法行为，卖淫嫖娼容易传染性病，如梅毒、乙肝、艾滋病、丙肝、尖锐湿疣、淋病等各种性传播疾病。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
