释义	法律分析：合法的自建房可以得到拆迁补偿，违法建设的自建房是违章建筑，不能得到补偿。持有产权证的合法自建房，遇有拆迁会得到合理的补偿，包括房屋补偿费和安置补偿费。但是，非法建设的房屋，即没经过审批私自建设的房屋，在遇到拆迁时，是不应该获得补偿的。因为违章建筑，应该被列为拆除对象。法律依据：《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》第二条，为了公共利益的需要，征收国有土地上单位、个人的房屋，应当对被征收房屋所有权人（以下称被征收人）给予公平补偿。
