商标权到期后该怎么办理

法律分析：
可以在期满前的十二个月内按照规定办理续展手续，如果在上述时间没能办理可以给予六个月的宽展期。商标续展的有效期为十年，从上次商标期满日计算。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国商标法》 第四十条 注册商标有效期满，需要继续使用的，商标注册人应当在期满前十二个月内按照规定办理续展手续；在此期间未能办理的，可以给予六个月的宽展期。
