释义	请病假，一般不扣工资。在国家规定的医疗期内的，用人单位应当按照不低于本人正常工作时间工资的60%支付员工病伤假期工资，但不能低于最低工资标准的80%。也就是说，用人单位可以在标准工资的60%至100%之间确定员工病假期间的工资标准。法律依据：《关于贯彻执行〈中华人民共和国劳动法〉若干问题的意见》第五十九条职工患病或非因工负伤治疗期间，在规定的医疗期间内由企业按有关规定支付其病假工资或疾病救济费，病假工资或疾病救济费可以低于当地最低工资标准支付，但不能低于最低工资标准的80%。
