释义	法律分析: 现行《刑法》中没有大型群众活动重大安全事故罪，只有大型群众性活动重大安全事故罪。处罚为对直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；情节特别恶劣的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。《中华人民共和国刑法》第十四条明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。
