释义	依据我国相关法律的规定，承租人将租赁物私自卖掉的，一般不构成侵权，而是属于合同违约，但如果租赁的目的是为了卖掉租赁物的，就有可能构成诈骗罪。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百五十七条出租人和承租人可以约定租赁期限届满租赁物的归属租赁物的归属没有约定或者约定不明确，依据本法第五百一十条的规定仍不能确定的，租赁物的所有权归出租人。
