公司不按时支付员工工资的，员工可以随时解除劳动合同，并立即要求公司支付员工拖欠的工资以及按照拖欠工资的支付25%的经济补偿金。
3、申请仲裁。
首先，你要确认和单位之间的劳动关系的事实。其次，确认劳动关系后，可以要求单位补缴社会保险，补发工资。第三，单位应当解除劳动合同时应当提前一个月通知劳动者，否则应当支付一个月的经济补偿金作为代通金。第四，不签订书面劳动合同支付双倍工资，自用工之日起一个月内应当签订书面劳动合同。第五，单位违法解除劳动合同，可以要求经济赔偿金，为经济补偿金的两倍。如果对仲裁结果不满意可以在拿到仲裁书后15天之内到法院起诉。
