问题	一般背信运用受托财产罪是怎么处罚的?
释义	《刑法》第一百八十五条之一第一款。商业银行、证券交易所、期货交易所、证券公司、期货经纪公司、保险公司或者其他金融机构，违背受托义务，擅自运用客户资金或者其他委托、信托的财产，情节严重的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处三万元以上三十万元以下罚金；情节特别严重的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处五万元以上五十万元以下罚金。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百八十五条之一
