释义
法律分析：
劳动者辞职不是必须提前30天提交辞职报告的，如果用人单位的行为有违反《劳动合同法》第38条规定情形之一的，劳动者是可以被迫辞职的，只不需要提前一个月的。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
