释义	法律分析：如果是证人去做笔录接受询问的时间不会很长,交代清楚事件经过就会回来,不是强制措施。如果是对犯罪嫌疑人采用的拘传,传唤,那最长是24小时,持续时间不超过12小时,中间要留必要的休息、饮食时间。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉诉法》第九十二条对于不需要逮捕、拘留的犯罪嫌疑人，可以传唤到犯罪嫌疑人所在市、县内的指定地点或者到他的住处进行讯问，但是应当出示人民检察院或者公安机关的证明文件。传唤、拘传持续的时间最长不得超过十二小时。不得以连续传唤、拘传的形式变相拘禁犯罪嫌疑人。
