释义	法律分析：不可以的。购买机票后要退票,退票费就是按照原路返还的,也就是说你在网上购票当时刷的是支付宝就是退回到你的支付宝账户。不会退现金的。法律依据：《中国民用航空旅客、行李国内运输规则》第二十一条由于承运人或旅客原因，旅客不能在客票有效期内完成部分或全部航程，可以在客票有效期内要求退票。旅客要求退票，应凭客票或客票未使用部分的“乘机联”和“旅客联”办理。退票只限在出票地、航班始发地、终止旅行地的承运人或其销售代理人售票处办理。票款只能退给客票上列明的旅客本人或客票的付款人。
