释义	法律分析：重新鉴定属于对原鉴定意见的全盘否定，重新根据案件的事实和有关证据材料做出新的鉴定，新的鉴定意见有可能和原来的相同，也可能和原来的意见相左。补充鉴定是基于原来的鉴定意见，在原鉴定的基础上对于其中不明确，或者需要补充说明的有关内容做出新的解释和说明，或者补充说明，不改变原鉴定意见。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百四十八条侦查机关应当将用作证据的鉴定意见告知犯罪嫌疑人、被害人。如果犯罪嫌疑人、被害人提出申请，可以补充鉴定或者重新鉴定。
