释义	法律分析：无效婚姻是法律行为。无效婚姻，是指不符合结婚的实质条件的男女两性结合，在法律上不具有合法效力的婚姻，包括违反一夫一妻制的重婚、有禁止结婚的亲属关系的婚姻、患有禁止结婚疾病的婚姻、未达到法定婚龄的婚姻，除了上述四种情形，当事人以其他理由申请宣告婚姻无效的，人民法院应当判决驳回当事人的申请。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。
