释义	法律分析：劳动者请事假只计算工作时间的假，如果是休息日的，不计算在事假内。因为事假公司是可以不支付工资的，也就是说请一天假，可以扣一天工资，法定休息日是不包括在事假里的。事假是没有工资的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十六条国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。第三十八条用人单位应当保证劳动者每周至少休息一日。
