释义	法律分析： 18周岁以上的公民是成年人。在我国十八周岁以上的公民是成年人，一般具体年龄以身份证上的日期为准，具有完全民事行为能力，可以独立进行民事活动，是完全民事行为能力人。十六周岁以上不满十八周岁的公民，以自己的劳动收入作为主要生活来源可视为完全民事行为能力。经济状况并不影响十八周岁以上公民的完全民事行为能力的享有，过了18岁生日的第二天即为发了财上的成年人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》第二条本法所称未成年人是指未满十八周岁的公民。
