释义	一般情况下放弃继承权后不可以反悔。继承人在放弃继承后反悔，可以与其他继承人协商，其他继承人一致同意其撤销放弃继承声明，则可以仍按照原自己的份额继承。不能协商一致，需经人民法院根据具体理由决定是否同意其撤销放弃继承声明。法律依据《民法典》第一千一百二十四条继承开始后，继承人放弃继承的，应当在遗产处理前，以书面形式作出放弃继承的表示；没有表示的，视为接受继承。受遗赠人应当在知道受遗赠后六十日内，作出接受或者放弃受遗赠的表示；到期没有表示的，视为放弃受遗赠。
