释义	法律分析: 立遗嘱人死亡后，遗嘱不可以进行公证。遗嘱人申请办理遗嘱公证，应当亲自带上遗嘱书和本人的身份证件等材料到本人住所地或者遗嘱行为发生地公证处提出申请，所以遗嘱人死亡的，不能办理遗嘱公证。《中华人民共和国公证法》第三十条公证机构经审查，认为申请提供的证明材料真实、合法、充分，申请公证的事项真实、合法的，应当自受理公证申请之日起十五个工作日内向当事人出具公证书。但是，因不可抗力、补充证明材料或者需要核实有关情况的，所需时间不计算在期限内。
