视具体情况而定。如果黄灯亮时，车已越过停止线的话可以继续行驶，是不扣分，中间停下也不会扣分。如果黄灯亮时，未过停止线车辆继续通行的属不按交通信号灯指示通行的交通违法行为，可以进行处罚，一般是进行扣6分的处罚。
