释义	法律分析：合同成立的时间就是合同生效的时间。合同的成立需要要约和承诺行为，要约人向受要约人发出希望订立合同的意思表示，受要约人同意要约的全部内容，在要约规定的时间内送达要约人，通知到达要约人时生效。若不需要通知，做出相应的承诺行为时承诺生效。承诺生效时合同即成立。因此在承诺生效时，合同即生效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百八十三条承诺生效时合同成立，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。
