合同成立但未生效应该怎么解除
释义
1、一些合同虽未生效，但是在满足一定条件的情况下，为了维护守约方的权益，也可以解除已成立但是未生效的合同2、合同当事人可经协商一致解除，也可向人民法院提起诉讼请求解除合同。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第五百六十二条 当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
