释义	法律分析: 健康证是指对食品、饮用水生产经营人员、直接从事化妆品生产的人员、公共场所直接为顾客服务的人员、有害作业人员、放射工作人员以及在校学生等按国家卫生法律、法规规定所进行的从业前、从业和就学期间的健康检查。法律依据: 《公共场所卫生管理条例实施细则》第三十八条公共场所经营者安排未获得有效健康合格证明的从业人员从事直接为顾客服务工作的，由县级以上地方人民政府卫生行政部门责令限期改正，给予警告，并处以五百元以上五千元以下罚款;逾期不改正的，处以五千元以上一万五千元以下罚款。
