公证处归哪个部门管
释义
公证处是归司法局管理。公证处是国家司法证明机构提供公证法律服务的机构。公证处不是属于政府部门，也不是企业、学校等其它普通的单位，公证机构是依法设立，不以营利为目的，依法独立行使公证职能、承担民事责任的证明机构。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国公证法》第五条 司法行政部门依照本法规定对公证机构、公证员和公证协会进行监督、指导。
