释义	法律分析: 抵押人经抵押权人同意可以将抵押的房产出租，但在抵押权实现后租赁合同对抵押权人不具有约束力。房屋抵押前签订的租赁合同对租赁关系不产生任何影响，原租约继续有效。抵押人未书面告知承租人房屋已抵押的，抵押人对承租人承租房屋造成的损失承担赔偿责任。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第七百二十五条【所有权变动不破租赁】租赁物在承租人按照租赁合同占有期限内发生所有权变动的，不影响租赁合同的效力。
