释义	法律分析: 童工年龄为16岁。劳动行政部门有权对使用童工的单位或个人;介绍童工的职业介绍机构或其他单位及个人;为未满16周岁的少年、儿童做童工出具假证明的单位或个人，以及对允许未满16周岁的少年、儿童做童工，经教育不改正的父母或其他监护人等给予行政处分或罚款，其中对使用童工的单位给予从重处罚。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动法》第十五条禁止用人单位招用未满十六周岁的未成年人。文艺、体育和特种工艺单位招用未满十六周岁的未成年人，必须遵守国家有关规定，并保障其接受义务教育的权利。
