释义	法律分析：行使民事留置权不是单方行为，必须要根据合同约定通知债务人，而且债务人要在规定时期内作出履行债务的义务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百四十七条债务人不履行到期债务，债权人可以留置已经合法占有的债务人的动产，并有权就该动产优先受偿。前款规定的债权人为留置权人，占有的动产为留置财产。第四百四十八条债权人留置的动产，应当与债权属于同一法律关系，但是企业之间留置的除外。
