释义	法律分析：责令改正,情节严重的,责令停止生产、销售,并处罚金，没收违法所得。法律依据：《食品标识管理规定》第十九条禁止下列食品标识违法行为：（一）伪造或者虚假标注生产日期和保质期；（二）伪造食品产地，伪造或者冒用其他生产者的名称、地址；（三）伪造、冒用、变造生产许可证标志及编号；（四）法律、法规禁止的其他行为。第三十三条伪造或者虚假标注食品生产日期和保质期的，责令限期改正，处以500元以上1万元以下罚款；情节严重，造成后果的，依照有关法律、行政法规规定进行处罚。
