释义	法律分析：对与事业单位工作人员首次提出的辞职，单位的确可以不批准，个人仍可以于6个月后，再次提出辞职，此时，无需单位批准，且单位有协助办理离职手续的义务。法律依据：《关于印发的通知》第五条受聘人员提出解除聘用合同未能与聘用单位协商一致的，受聘人员应当坚持正常工作，继续履行聘用合同；6个月后再次提出解除聘用合同，仍未能与聘用单位协商一致，受聘人员即可单方面解除聘用合同。但对在涉及国家秘密岗位上工作，承担国家和地方重点项目的主要技术负责人和技术骨干不适用此项规定。
