伤残鉴定大概要多久出结果？ |

法律分析：司法鉴定机关收到当事人请求进行伤残鉴定的委托后，应当在与委托人签订司法鉴定协议书之日起30个工作日内完成鉴定事项。如果涉及疑难或者复杂的技术问题，或检查需要较长时间的，可以适当延长，但延长时间一般不能超过30个工作日，延长需经过本机构负责人批准。如果司法鉴定机关与委托人对完成的时间限制另有约定的，依照其约定。但由于伤残程度的不同，以及意外事件的性质不同，鉴定时间也会有所不同，以实际通知的时间为准。
法律依据：《道路交通事故处理条例》
第四十二条 交通事故的当事人因交通事故受伤致残并需要进行伤残鉴定的，必须在治疗终结后15日内以事故直接所致的损伤或确因损伤所致的并发症治疗终结后15日内，以书面形式向处理交通事故的公安机关提出申请。公安机关将根据医院证明和公安部关于道路交通事故伤残评定的标准，在接到伤残评定申请书后30日内评定伤残等级。
当事人对伤残评定不服的，可以在接到评定书后15日内，向上一级公安机关申请重新评定。上一级公安机关在接到重新评定申请书后30日内，将做出重新评定的决定。并将重新鉴定的结论以书面形式通知申请人。根据规定，上一级公安机关作出的重新鉴定的结论是最终的决定。
