释义	法律分析：根据刑法第368条第2款的规定，行为人故意阻碍武装部队的军事行动，造成严重后果的，应当立案。本罪是结果犯，行为人故意阻碍武装部队的军事行动，必须“造成严重后果”的，才构成犯罪，予以立案侦查法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百六十八条以暴力、威胁方法阻碍军人依法执行职务的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者罚金。故意阻碍武装部队军事行动，造成严重后果的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
