法定工作日
释义
法定工作日就是按照国家法律明文规定的，劳动者最多工作的时间。工作日是以日为计算单位的工作时间，我国普遍实行每周工作5日，即周一到周五，每日工作8小时的工时制度。
法律依据：
根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十六条规定：国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。
