释义	法律规定继承人是没有岁数限制的，继承人出生后只要不是死亡状态的，都有继承权。但是继承人有以下行为之一的会丧失继承权： 1、故意杀害被继承人； 2、为争夺遗产而杀害其他继承人； 3、遗弃被继承人，或者虐待被继承人情节严重； 4、伪造、篡改、隐匿或者销毁遗嘱，情节严重； 5、以欺诈、胁迫手段迫使或者妨碍被继承人设立、变更或者撤回遗嘱，情节严重。【法律依据】《民法典》第十三条，自然人从出生时起到死亡时止，具有民事权利能力，依法享有民事权利，承担民事义务。
