释义	根据《事业单位工作人员处分暂行规定〉第二十二条，“事业单位工作人员被依法判处刑罚的，给予降低岗位等级或者撤职以上处分。其中，被依法判处有期徒刑以上刑罚的，给予开除处分。行政机关任命的事业单位工作人员，被依法判处刑罚的，给予开除处分。”因此，如果参加社会养老保险的事业单位人员在退休前犯罪被开除的，不再享有由国家财政统一发放的退休待遇。自开除公职之日起，个人应自己缴纳养老保险，到退休年龄可以办理退休，符合缴费年限的，享受养老。
