合伙营业执照怎么办 -法律知识 |

法律分析：
1、申请人持相关材料向工商局注册登记服务窗口提出申请，经受理审查员初审通过，开具《受理通知书》符合受理条件的，在当场或者5个工作日内一次性告知申请人应当补正的全部材料(出具告知单)，申请人按要求补正后即应受理并开具《受理通知书》2、对申请人申请材料齐全、符合法定形式的，在5个工作日作出核准或者驳回申请的决定3、在承诺期限日，申请人可以凭《受理通知书》到发照领取《合伙企业营业执照》。
所需材料包括：
1、《全体合伙人签署的设立登记申请书》(原件1份，在工商窗口领取空表)
2、全体合伙人指定的代表或者共同委托的代理人的委托书(原件1份，在工商窗口领取空表)
3、合伙协议
4、企业场所证明(复印件)
5、全体合伙人的身份证明(复印件)
6、企业名称预先核准通知书(原件)
7、出资权属证明
8、国家工商行政管理部门规定提交的其他文件
法律依据：
《工商企业登记管理条例》 第二条 下列工业、交通运输业、建筑业、商业、外贸业、饮食业、服务业、旅游业、手工业、修理业的生产、经营单位（以下统称工商企业），都应当依照本条例的规定，办理登记：
（一）国营工商企业；
（二）合作社营和其他集体所有制的工商企业；
（三）联营、合营的工商企业；
（四）铁道、民航、邮电通信部门及其他公用事业单位所属的工商企业。省、自治区、直辖市人民政府认为有必要办理登记的其他工商企业。
