法律分析：对于因作证而可能受到或已经受到严重暴力威胁伤害的证人，检察机关可以实行贴身保护。
除了保护证人的生命安全以外，将其财产和名誉及其近亲属，一并列入保护范围。对出庭作证的证人，实行专门经济补偿制度。
法律依据：《刑事诉讼法》第六十三条规定，人民法院、人民检察院和公安机关应当保障证人及其近亲属的安全。
对证人及其近亲属进行威胁、侮辱、殴打或者打击报复，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任；尚不够刑事处罚的，依法给予治安管理处罚。
