释义	法律分析：对于我国的湖泊，并不能进行不动产登记，湖泊属于国家或者集体所有，不需要办理不动产登记。如果公民想使用湖泊的，可以与所有人或者管理人签订相关协议，通过协议方式，依法获得湖泊的使用权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国不动产登记暂行条例》第二十条不动产登记机构应当自受理登记申请之日起30个工作日内办结不动产登记手续，法律另有规定的除外。第二十一条登记事项自记载于不动产登记簿时完成登记。不动产登记机构完成登记，应当依法向申请人核发不动产权属证书或者登记证明。
