物业合同要公示15天才能签吗 -合同解除

《物业管理条例》中的内容可知最少在15天以上。因为小区召开每年一次正规的业主大会，条例中规定要在15天通知全体业主，而公示《物业服务合同》也算是小区的大事。尽管是由业委会去签订，但每个业主都有参与权知情权。因此合同的公示期为15-30天较为合适些，若没业主恶意去撕掉，一般都会保留好长一段时间的。这样能让更多业主看到《物业服务合同》。

《物业管理条例》 第三十四条 业主委员会应当与业主大会选聘的物业服务企业订立书面的物业服务合同。
