释义	不一定，是否必须采用书面形式取决于租赁期限。租赁期限在六个月以上的租赁合同，应当采取书面形式订立，如果未采用书面形式导致无法确定租赁期间，则该份租赁合同将被视为无固定期限的租赁合同。反之，六个月以下的，也可以订立口头合同。原因在于一般这种合同租赁物价值不大，租金较少，租赁关系结束的快，证据不易失散。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《民法典》第七百零七条：租赁期限六个月以上的,应当采用书面形式。当事人未采用书面形式,无法确定租赁期限的,视为不定期租赁。
