释义	法律分析：试用买卖的买受人在试用期内有购买标的物的权利，也有拒绝购买的权利。在购买后，买受人有按照约定的数额支付价款的义务。出卖人交付的标的物不符合质量要求的，买受人有要求其承担违约责任的权利。法律依据：《中华人民共和国合同法》第一百七十条试用买卖的试用期间试用买卖的当事人可以约定标的物的试用期间。对试用期间没有约定或者约定不明确，依照本法第六十一条的规定仍不能确定的，由出卖人确定。
