释义	法律分析: 女方在享受国家规定产假的基础上，延长产假三十天，男方享受护理假十五天。法律依据: 《江苏省人口与计划生育条例》第二十七条依法办理结婚登记的夫妻，在享受国家规定婚假的基础上，延长婚假十天。自2016年1月1日起，符合本条例规定生育子女的夫妻，女方在享受国家规定产假的基础上，延长产假三十天，男方享受护理假十五天。前两款规定的假期视为出勤，在规定假期内照发工资，不影响福利待遇，国家法定休假日不计入前两款规定的假期。用人单位根据具体情况，可以给予其他优惠待遇。
