释义	法律分析: 强奸罪保护对象只限于女性。虽然目前中国刑法只规定强奸罪实施对象是男性，被实施对象为女性，但是女性强奸男性也是犯法的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百三十七条以暴力、胁迫或者其他方法强制猥亵他人或者侮辱猥亵妇女的处以5年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；聚众或者在公共场所当众犯前款罪的，处5年以上有期徒刑；猥亵儿童的，依照两款的规定从重处罚。
