释义	法律分析：不可以。只要劳动者开始提供劳动，不论双方是否签订劳动合同，之间的劳动关系都已经成立，如果要解除，都应当按照法律规定的方式进行，仍然应当提前30天通知用人单位。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第七条用人单位自用工之日起即与劳动者建立劳动关系。用人单位应当建立职工名册备查。第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
