释义	不会，除用人单位有严重违法的情况外，任何单位、任何岗位都不能随便辞职。特殊岗位只是岗位的性质具有一定的特殊性，但不影响与用人单位之间建立劳动关系的法律性质。公益性岗位的劳动者与用人单位也应当签订劳动合同，并按劳动法的规定享有劳动权利、承担劳动义务。劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
