释义	法律分析：如果要用医保卡个人账户支付住院费用，在出院结算前出告诉医院的结算工作人员，按正常的刷卡手续办理即可。医保内的个人负担部分，您既可以全部用医保卡支付(余额足够的话)，也可以支付一部分。所谓个人负担部分，指起付点以下的部分(如三级医院的2000元)，以及报销比例个人负担的部分(如三级医院的20%)。自费项目是不能用医保卡个人账户支付的。法律依据：《医疗事故处理条例》第四十八条已确定为医疗事故的，卫生行政部门应医疗事故争议双方当事人请求，可以进行医疗事故赔偿调解。
