释义	法律分析：需要。做出纳一般需要担保，但是法律没有强制规定，所以一般需要公司自己规定。出纳担保人是在出纳因为其职务的便利侵吞公司财产，不能对其全额进行追偿或不能追偿时，支付出纳所侵吞的财产给公司的人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第九条用人单位招用劳动者，不得扣押劳动者的居民身份证和其他证件，不得要求劳动者提供担保或者以其他名义向劳动者收取财物。
